Chocolate Making
All of the manufacturing of our chocolates and candy is done on the premises
to ensure the quality of our product. The centers for our chocolates are made
the old-fashioned way, cooked on an open fire using copper kettles.
The ingredients are hand stirred and mixed. The centres are then cooled and
cut into individual shapes and sizes before they are coated in chocolate.
The method we use to coat our centers is called enrobing.
Rhéo Thompsons uses the finest chocolate and freshest ingredients, such as
whipping cream, dairy butter, sugar, fruits, nuts and pure and artificial flavours.
