Order Policies

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

We do not ship in weather over 20 °C/ 68 °F because we can't guarantee against chocolate melting. You can make special arrangements to ship if you are willing to take the chance. You can process an order for pick-up in any weather. In hot weather, we recommend that you bring a cooler to pick-up your order.

Pick-up orders must be paid for in advance.

We ship to Canada and the United States accept for Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note that during the Easter and Christmas seasons order delivery outside of Stratford city limits may take up to seven business days. It is important that you allow that much time in advance for gift ordering."

We do not ship gift baskets and other fragile merchandise.

Our products are non-refundable.
